  1.   FORM , BALANCE, STRENGTH , STARTING THE SHOT, RELEASEING THE SHOT, 

         FOLLOW THROUGH , FOOTWORK , FLIGHT OF BALL , AND MORE . 

  

   2.   THE KEY TO GETTING UP ALOT OF SHOTS IS TO HAVE A PASSER / REBOUNDER...

   

   3.    I LIKE TO DOUBLE FEED AT A CLOSE RANGE SO THAT WE SPEND TIME SHOOTING THE BALL ,

          WITH LITTLE TO NO DOWN TIME IN BETWEEN SHOTS....

 

  4.  GETTING UP BETWEEN 500 - 800 SHOTS IN A WORKOUT IS THE MINIMUM

         IN A GOOD SHOOTING WORKOUT...
